REFUND POLICY<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can send it back. You will be refunded as
prescribed by the current Italian legislation. The law (D.Lgs. n\u00b0 185\/99) prescribes a time limit to exercise
this right of 10 days since you received the goods. Exercising this guarantee is simple, just following the
procedure below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Send an e-mail to info@urbs-roma.com within 10 days since you received the goods.
The goods must be sent via mail or express courier to the following address:
URBS Design SRL \u2013 Via Amerigo Vespucci 29, 00153 \u2013 Roma, Italy
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Products returned to us after the specified time limit and without meeting the stated requirements are
ineligible for a refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The product must be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 properly packed in its original package, in perfect conditions (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and along
with all the eventual accessories and documentation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 along with the Transport Document (present in the original package) in such a way to allow URBS
Roma to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 without clear signs of use, except those compatible with a test of the product. The product should not
show signs of a prolonged use (over some minutes) exceeding the time necessary to test it. The product
should be in a condition such that it can be sold again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To exercise your withdrawal right you have to choose one of the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Substitution of goods. If you want to replace the purchased goods with some other product, you have
to send back the unwanted product to URBS Design SRL agreeing with the customer service on the
product to obtain as replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Reaccreditation of the money. The refund concerns the price of the product and it will be made within
30 dd since URBS Roma SRL receives the returned goods. The only cost for the customer is the one
related with the return of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The goods, once arrived at our warehouse, will be examined for eventual damages or alterations not due
to the transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returning of defective goods
In case of defective goods, please send an e-mail to info@urbs-roma.com within 10 days since you
received the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only in case of defective goods, the cost of shipping for the replacement of the product will be paid by
URBS Roma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POLITICA DI RIMBORSO<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se non sei soddisfatto della merce ricevuta, puoi rispedirla. Verrai rimborsato come
prescritto dalla vigente normativa italiana. La legge (D.Lgs. n\u00b0 185\/99) prescrive un termine massimo per l’esercizio questo diritto di 10 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Esercitare questa garanzia \u00e8 semplice, basta seguire la procedura seguente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Invia una e-mail a info@urbs-roma.com entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
La merce dovr\u00e0 essere spedita tramite posta o corriere espresso al seguente indirizzo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il cliente \u00e8 responsabile della copertura delle spese di spedizione.
I prodotti restituiti dopo il limite di tempo specificato e senza soddisfare i requisiti indicati sono
non idoneo al rimborso<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il prodotto deve essere restituito:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 correttamente imballato nella sua confezione originale, in perfette condizioni (non rovinato, danneggiato o sporco) e insieme con tutti gli eventuali accessori e documentazione;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 unitamente al Documento di Trasporto (presente nell’imballo originale) in modo tale da consentire l’URBS Roma per identificare il cliente (numero d’ordine, nome, cognome e indirizzo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 senza evidenti segni di utilizzo, ad eccezione di quelli compatibili con un test del prodotto. Il prodotto non dovrebbe presentare segni di un utilizzo prolungato (oltre alcuni minuti) superiore al tempo necessario per testarlo. Il prodotto dovrebbe essere in condizioni tali da poter essere nuovamente venduto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso devi scegliere una delle seguenti opzioni:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Sostituzione della merce. Se desideri sostituire la merce acquistata con qualche altro prodotto, hai
rispedire il prodotto indesiderato a URBS Design SRL concordando con il servizio clienti la
prodotto da ottenere in sostituzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2013 Riaccredito del denaro. Il rimborso riguarda il prezzo del prodotto e verr\u00e0 effettuato entro
30 gg dal ricevimento della merce resa da URBS Roma SRL. L’unico costo per il cliente \u00e8 quello
legati alla restituzione della merce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La merce, una volta giunta al nostro magazzino, verr\u00e0 esaminata per eventuali danni o alterazioni non dovute al trasporto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Restituzione di merce difettosa
In caso di merce difettosa inviare una e-mail a info@urbs-roma.com entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento
ricevuto la merce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Solo in caso di merce difettosa, le spese di spedizione per la sostituzione del prodotto saranno a carico di
