From concept to 3D printing, the URBS Small Dome is designed to bring the monumentality of Rome into everyday spaces. Its visible layers, typical of 3D printing, become part of the story: a metaphor for Roman urban layering, made of overlapping eras, histories, and colors.
The blue gradient vertically accompanies the shape, creating an elegant optical effect that enhances every environment: bedside tables, desks, shelves or entrances.
Openable and decomposable thanks to the interlocking drawers, it is designed to store small objects, jewels and personal treasures, transforming functionality into a poetic design gesture.
