10. Preservation times and Right of Revocation of consent
The processing of data will last not more than what is necessary to satisfy the purposes for which they were collected. Pursuant to article 7, paragraph 3 of the Regulation, the data subject has the right to obtain at any time the withdrawal of consent to the processing and request the cancellation of his/her personal data, by sending notice to the Data Controller to the box indicated at the beginning of the information. Following the request for cancellation by the User, all personal data of the same will be deleted, subject to further retention provided by regulatory obligations. The terms of storage mentioned above may be extended for any legal protection requirements in court.
11. Rights of the data subject
Under the Reg. EU 16/679 You are given the possibility to exercise specific rights, in particular: right to access personal data (art. 15), right to rectify personal data (art. 16), right to erasure personal data (art. 17), right to restriction of processing (art. 18), right to portability of personal data (art. 20), right to object to processing (art. 21).
