Repayment and return policy

POLICY REFUND

If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can send it back. You will be refunded as
prescribed by the current Italian legislation. The law (D.Lgs. n° 185/99) prescribes a time limit to exercise
this right of 10 days since you received the goods. Exercising this guarantee is simple, just following the
procedures below:

– Send an e-mail to info@urbs-roma.com within 10 days since you received the goods.
The goods must be sent via mail or express courier to the following address:
URBS Design SRL – Via Amerigo Vespucci 29, 00153 – Rome, Italy
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Products returned to us after the specified time limit and without meeting the stated requirements are
ineligible for refund

The product must be returned:

– properly packed in its original package, in perfect conditions (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and along
with all the eventual accessories and documentation;

– along with the Transport Document (present in the original package) in such a way to allow URBS
Roma to the identify customer (order number, name, surname and address).

– without clear signs of use, except those with a test of the product. The product should not
show signs of a modified use (over some minutes) exceed the time necessary to test it. The product
should be in a condition such that it can be sold again.

To exercise your withdrawal right you have to choose one of the following options:

– Substitution of goods. If you want to replace the purchased goods with some other product, you have
to send back the unwanted product to URBS Design SRL agreeing with the customer service on the
product to obtain as replacement.

– Reaccreditation of the money. The refund concerns the price of the product and it will be made within
30 dd since URBS Roma SRL receives the returned goods. The only cost for the customer is the one
related with the return of the goods.

The goods, ounces goodbye at our warehouse, will be examined for eventual damages or alterations not two
to the transport.

Returning of defective goods
In case of defective goods, please send an e-mail to info@urbs-roma.com within 10 days since you
received the goods.

Only in case of defective goods, the cost of shipping for the replacement of the product will be paid by
URBS Rome.

– Send an email to info@urbs-roma.com within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods must be sent by mail or courier expressed at the following address:

URBS Design SRL – Via Amerigo Vespucci 29, 00153 – Rome, Italy
The customer is responsible for the coverage of shipping costs.
The products returned after the specified time limit and without meeting the specified requirements are
not eligible for reimbursement

The product must be returned:

– properly packed in its original packaging, under perfect conditions (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and together with all possible accessories and documentation;

– together with the Transport Document (present in the original packaging) to allow the Rome URL to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address).

– without obvious signs of use, except for those compatible with a product test. The product should not show signs of prolonged use (over a few minutes) above the time necessary to test it. The product should be in such conditions as to be sold again.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must choose one of the following options:

– Replacement of the goods. If you want to replace the goods purchased with some other product, you have
send back the unwanted product to URBS Design SRL by agreeing with customer service
product to be obtained in replacement.

– Reaccrediting money. The refund is for the price of the product and will be made within
30 days from receipt of the goods made by URBS Roma SRL. The only cost for the customer is that
related to the return of the goods.

The goods, once reached our warehouse, will be examined for any damages or alterations not due to transport.

Return of defective goods

received the goods.

Only in case of defective goods, shipping costs for product replacement will be borne by
URBS Rome.
