Barbara – No Bodies Collection by URBS

Among the statues that populate Rome there are some that seem to have kept secrets for centuries.

Barbara is born precisely from this suggestion.

Inspired by the timeless beauty of the feminine sculptures of antiquity, Barbara reinterprets the classic language through a contemporary and unexpected palette. Its forms evoke the Roman artistic heritage, while the bright colors transform tradition into a design object capable of dialogue with today's spaces.

Behind its sculptural appearance hides a practical function. The top of the head is removable and reveals a secret container designed to hold small objects, jewellery, keys or personal memories.

With its approximately 39 cm tall, Barbara is much more than a simple furnishing accessory. It is a presence that captures attention, a fragment of Rome that enters the house and tells the continuous dialogue between past and present.

An authentic object by URBS, where art, function and identity meet in a surprising way.
