ItsDome M Fluo Azzurraborn from the encounter between the monumentality of Roman architecture and the material experimentation of URBS.
Inspired by the big domes that define the skyline of the eternal city, this fluorescent version adds a new dimension to the object: light. During the day it presents itself as a sculpture with an essential and contemporary character; in the dark it turns into a luminous presence able to surprise and change completely atmosphere.
Made inPLA bioplasticand enriched with a special photoluminescent powder, the Fluo dome absorbs light energy and gradually returns it in darkness. After about two hours of exposure to ultraviolet light, it illuminates creating an intense and uniform effect.
The blue recalls the clear sky above Rome, the light that crosses the squares and the infinite perspectives of the city. A color that at night turns on and becomes protagonist, turning the dome into a small luminous reference point.
